Merge between Druckzentrum Jung GmbH & Co. KG and Druckzentrum A.C. Ehlers GmbH & Co. KG

In this difficult economic climate, the merger between Druckzentrum Harry Jung GmbH & Co. KG in Flensburg and Druckzentrum A.C. Ehlers GmbH & Co. KG in Kiel is blazing a new trail to preserve proven experience and expertise and open up new opportunities.

As part of this merger, production operations will be concentrated at the Flensburg site and customer support services will undergo further expansion. A new service centre will be set up in Kiel to ensure our customers there continue to enjoy comprehensive support based in the local area. In future, our colleagues in the press and postpress departments in Kiel will support the team in Flensburg, while the sales team will continue helping local customers in Kiel with their print jobs.

Harry Gall will be Managing Director of Druckzentrum Harry Jung GmbH & Co. KG and will be assisted by Britta Hastreiter and Roger Pilz in Kiel and Flensburg respectively.

All contracts, payment agreements and legal arrangements concluded with Druckzentrum A.C. Ehlers GmbH & Co. KG will of course be transferred to Druckzentrum Harry Jung GmbH & Co. KG under this merger.
